At Parkburn Projects, we have over 40 years of combined experience in both management and practical skills.
Our qualifications include a degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading, City and Guilds award in Carpentry & Joinery and National house-building council NVQ.
Approachable and understanding
We understand that building work, particularly on your home, can be both exciting and stressful. We will work with you to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the duration of the work
Qualifications
Sub-Contractors
Please be aware, we may be required to use sub-contractors for specific aspects of the work we undertake. We use bonafide sub-contractors such as NICELC electricians and Gas Safe plumbers. We will provide any appropriate certificates for their work.
Reputable and insured
We pride ourselves on our workmanship and endeavour to do every job to the best of our ability. But you can rest assured we have public liability insurance as an extra layer.
Complaints Policy
Parkburn Projects Ltd always endeavours to provide the best service. However, on rare occasions there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure Parkburn Projects can put things right for you, as soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and to the high standards Parkburn Projects aims to achieve.

Business Complaint Procedure
On receipt of your complaint Parkburn Projects aims to respond within 5 days.
Parkburn Projects will arrange a convenient date to come and view and/or remedy the situation within 28 days.
In the unlikely event Parkburn Projects is unable to resolve your complaint having exhausted Parkburn Projects complaints procedure, it may be necessary to use another complaint service. Where Parkburn Projects cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and/or agree to the final resolution requests confirmed to us; and both parties agree a ‘deadlock’ has been reached, you can then escalate your complaint.
Parkburn Projects has access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service for our domestic installation, service, repair and maintenance contracts as part of the Which? Trusted Traders Endorsement. If you choose to you can refer your complaint to Which? Trusted Traders’ Alternative Dispute Resolution. You will need to contact Which? Trusted Traders on 02922 670 040 who can explain if you are eligible to use their Alternative Dispute Resolution.
